‘The New Year That Never Came’ Wins Top Award at 15th Luxembourg City Film Festival

The movie about the Romanian revolution of 1989 is "set in the recent past, (but) can be seen as a reflection of the present and carries a warning for the future," says the jury led by Mohammad Rasoulof.
